- Employee number
- National Insurance (NI) number
- Password
If you do not have authorised login credentials, contact your manager, as they are responsible for registering you as a valid Sainsbury’s employee.
Steps to View and Download Your Sainsbury’s Payslip PDF
Step 1: Visit the official payroll portal: www.oursainsburys.co.uk.
Step 2: On the login page, enter your email, phone number, or Skype ID, then click Next.

Step 3: Enter your password. (The default password may be your National Insurance number.)
Step 4: If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to change your password.
Step 5: Click the Login button. If the credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your profile.
Step 6: Click on My HR to view current and previous payslips.

OurSainsburys Login Password Reset
If you experience problems signing in or accessing your account, follow the account recovery process below:
- Visit www.oursainsburys.co.uk.
- Click on “Can’t access your account?”
- Select your account type (employees should select “Personal Account”).
- Enter your email, phone number, or Skype ID.
- Click Next.
- Verify your identity by clicking “Get Code” to receive a verification code via email.
- Once verified, you will be able to reset your password and recover your account.
There is no need to visit your manager for password recovery unless your account access is blocked.
My Sainsburys Account Creation Process
Currently, Sainsbury’s does not allow employees to register online. Account registration must be completed offline.
Your local HR team or manager will handle your account registration. You will need your National Insurance number for this process. Once registration is complete, you will receive your login details.
After receiving your credentials, you can log in to the Sainsbury’s employee portal and access all available features. If you have not yet been registered, contact your HR team or manager.
